The "I Do, We Do, You Do" Model
IAG's training methodology is built on three phases:
I Do
The trainer demonstrates the skill, script, or technique in a live or simulated environment. The trainee observes and takes notes.
We Do
The trainer and trainee practice together. Role-playing, joint calls, and collaborative field work build confidence and competence.
You Do
The trainee executes independently with the trainer observing. Feedback is immediate and specific. Certification follows demonstrated proficiency.
