How We Operate

Organizational Structure
IAG operates through two divisions: IAG Direct (sales and marketing execution) and IAG Corporate (brokerage, client management, and centralized support). Corporate handles finance, HR, personnel, campaign management, and office operations — giving licensees and producers the infrastructure to focus on revenue.
Territory Management
Each market territory is assigned one campaign type. Unmarked territories within a state are available as remote locations for any office in that state. Expansion is contingent on performance — not just payment. We grow deliberately, not recklessly.
Client Relationships
IAG maintains direct relationships with campaign clients. Revenue splits start at 50/50 in month one, shift to 80/20 through month twelve, and settle at 85/15 from month thirteen onward. Administrative and market exposure fees are flat and transparent.
Growth Trajectory
IAG is targeting 150+ cities across the US and Canada over 15+ years. New offices are expected to reach profitability within 60–90 days, with break-even at $60,000/month and full staffing of 45 people per market.
